Policies

The Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) is designated by the governor as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security State Administrative Agency and, as such, is responsible for grant management and administration for the allocation of federal preparedness funds to subrecipients. The IEMA Federal Grant Programs Policy Manual was developed to maintain the policies enacted by IEMA and is not intended to supersede any federal laws, regulations or policies of federal preparedness funding.
