Current Funding Opportunities

The Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) is accepting sub-applications from local, tribal and territorial governments located throughout Illinois for the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) FY 24/25 grant. Please see the attached announcement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) period is currently open. The completed sub -application will be returned to IEMA-OHS in the FEMAGO portal to begin your sub-application process for this funding opportunity.

Additionally, IEMA-OHS will host two (2) identical one-hour webinars (please select the session that best fits your schedule) on:

• Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 10AM – 11AM
• Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 1 PM – 2PM
