Radon Industry Licensing Act Annual Reports

Section 46 of the Radon Industry Licensing Act (420 ILCS 44) states in part, “(d) No later than May 1 of each year, the Agency must prepare, publicly announce, and publish a report of summary statistical information relating to new and renewal license applications during the preceding calendar year.” The following information is provided in accordance with this requirement.
